The World Amateur Baseball Association was developed to offer baseball opportunities to amateur athletes who aspire to develop skills and experience through participation in tournaments, camps, clinics, and showcases. We have been involved in developing baseball players for more then 40 years and are known and respected by college coaches and professional baseball scouts across the country. Host Community
Polk County, Florida will serve as the host for the World Amateur Baseball Association events. Boasting world class facilities and accommodations, Polk County is not only well-suited for competition, but also for dining, recreation and entertainment. Polk County currently hosts over two dozen amateur baseball events each year, ensuring your experience is truly one-of-a-kind.
Polk County is the home of two Major League Baseball facilities. The Chain of Lakes complex in Winter Haven was home to the Cleveland Indians and Boston Red Sox and hosts numerous events including the FCSAA Baseball Championships, and the NAIA Region 14 Championships. The Chain of Lakes Complex features six major league playing fields, including the Chain of Lakes Stadium.
TigerTown in Lakeland is the Spring Training home for the Detroit Tigers as well as the Florida State League’s Lakeland Flying Tigers, with six major league playing fields including Joker Marchant Stadium.
